•Your data is retained while your account is active
•You can request data export at anytime
•You can request account deletion, which permanently removes all your data
•Coach notes and programme data may be retained for coaching continuity

Payments & Subscriptions

•Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe — Coach Dilz never stores your card details
•Stripe handles all payment data in its PCI-compliant environment; we only store your subscription status and plan name
•Your subscription is £150/month and you can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal
•On cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period
•Refunds are handled in accordance with our terms of service and applicable consumer law
•Subscription status and billing dates are visible in your profile
